Email signature maker

A professional email signature in two minutes. Copy into Gmail or Outlook.

Every email you send is a small advert for you. A clean signature makes it easy to call you, find you and remember you.

Why use it

  • Makes it easy for people to call, message or find you.
  • Looks professional and consistent across your team.
  • Free advertising on every email you send.

How it works

  1. Fill in your name, role and contact details.
  2. Add a logo or photo link and your social links if you like.
  3. Pick a colour and layout.
  4. Tap copy, then paste into your email settings.

Good to know

  • The first network email was sent in 1971 by Ray Tomlinson, who also chose the @ sign.
  • Keep it short. Name, role, one phone, one link: people read signatures in a second.

Questions

How do I add it to Gmail?

Gmail: Settings, See all settings, General, Signature, Create new, then paste. Save changes at the bottom.

How do I add it to Outlook?

Outlook: Settings, Mail, Compose and reply, Email signature, paste, then save.

Why is my image not showing?

Email signatures need the image to be online. Use a link to an image on your website rather than a file on your computer.
